Audio Adventure

I have been spending my free time lately on the computer making music, so I decided to put some of the songs up and call it "Inside The Box" because it was all written inside my computer, which is an aspect of music production that I would like to learn more about. I have recorded albums before, but with actual instruments that you can hold in your hand. This new album was written primarily in Caustic, which is an android app that gives you tremendous flexibility to be creative. The early favorite song on Soundcloud was Parking Garage, but now it is a close race between Anubus Rex and Move Your Butt. (Breaking News: Anubus Rex won, lol.)
Click Here to check out my Soundcloud page. If you like it, share it. If you hate it, tell all your friends how much you hate it and why, I suggest writing a blog about it as well. Maybe you could write a sternly worded letter to your local newspaper to warn them against it.

Moka Pot

I've been working with vector graphics lately, so I figured, why not share what I'm doing with my good friends on the world wide web? Vector graphics are great because they don't turn into a bunch of blocky pixels when you zoom in on them, so they work really well for stock art, logos, and basically anything that needs to look good at different sizes.  For those of you who don't know what you are looking at, this is a Moka Pot, also known as a stove top espresso maker. In reality it makes something in between espresso and percolated coffee. It is really strong, which means it holds its flavor pretty well when you mix milk with it, which is how I like to drink it.
Cheers!

The Best Mugshot Ever?

I would like to thank kallery.net for sending about 1,300 visitors to my site. Greetings to South Korea, and thank you for enjoying my artwork. I am still in wide-eyed wonder that I can upload an image in America that someone in South Korea can instantly view. Let's all remember what amazing times we live in! If you haven't been to kallery.net  I encourage you to visit. It is a wonderful place to go to see all kinds of artwork from all over the world. No, I'm not affiliated with them, I just like the site.

Today's charcoal drawing is from a mugshot taken in Alabama. Apparently he didn't want his photo taken that day! Two officers had to step in and hold him in place, which I thought made for a pretty striking picture.
